Ombachi, Moriasi & Company Advocates was established and registered on 25th August 2000. We are registered in accordance with the Advocates Act Chapter 16 the Laws of Kenya. Our firm is founded on strong traditional values of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and trust. We have fused these qualities with benefits of new technology, to provide a service to our clients which is efficient and responsive. We are a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
Representation:
We have our headquarters in Nairobi and a branch in Kilifi. Further, it is our practice to keep client’s updated on progress in each brief in our conduct. Files are brought up for the senior’s attention every month. We render progress reports to all our corporate clients every two months on all their files. These may be oral or in writing depending on the client’s specifications.

Francis Andrew Moriasi
BSL, LLB (Hons) DIP (Law) AAdvocate, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and Certified Public Secretary. He is a practising Certified Public Secretary and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. Currently -Senior in the firm of M/s Ombachi, Moriasi & Co. Advocates in charge of the Nairobi office in Land Law, Conveyancing, Property Law, Commercial Law and Company Law
Robert Arati Nyachiro
BCom, LLB-Mysore University Dip Law (KSL) Pupilage. Admitted to the Bar on December 2007. Currently senior associate with M/s Ombachi, Moriasi & Co. Advocates since January 2008 Handling drafting of Pleadings, civil matters, conveyancing, Commercial law, Debt collection, Law of succession (Probate and Administration of estates) intellectual properties in particular, Patents, Copyrights. Trade marks, designs etc Associate in charge of Kilifi Branch.
Olango Omondi Eddie
L.L.B Kampala International University Dip Law (KSL). Associate, Ombachi, Moriasi & Co. Advocates with wide experience in litigation, general administration, drafting of pleadings, debt collection, drafting comprehensive legal opinions to corporate clients such as Financial institutions, local authorities advising them generally on legal issues affecting the administration, debt collection, labour matters and operations in general. He ably deals with all outstation legal matters.

Our Billing
We bill our clients in accordance with the Advocates Remuneration Order or as shall be agreed between the client and the firm but for work done. The client will however receive monthly billing on disbursements. We shall also require where the matter is in court an initial deposit towards court filing fees and disbursements to enable us meet various day-today disbursements. This is however subject to an agreement between the firm and the individual client as the needs may demand.
